Transferring followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org self hosted site

  Could someone help me transfer all of my subscribers to my new self hosted site, from wordpress.com to wordpress.org ?

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

  @lisanne28: I found that you have 0 WP.com and email subscribers for the blog: fairwaysgreensteas.wordpress.com. If users end up subscribing to your WordPress.com site instead of your .org site in the future, please let me know and I can make the transfer for you!

  Thanks…I see that all of my blog followers have been transferred over!

  how would it be possible for them to subscript to a WP.com site if it’s not hosted somewhere else?
