Transferring Followers from WordPress.com with Jetpack

  Hello all. I have been in touch with Jetpack the past few days but they have been rather quiet recently. I am trying to transfer my followers from:

  i. eltexperiences.wordpress.com; to
  ii. eltexperiences.com

  I have recently changed to a self-hosted website but Jetpack failed to transfer followers. Just posting a thread here to see how long it will take for me to transfer my followers.

  Also, would my stats be transferred as well? I have some good stats that I would like to transfer to my self-hosted website but no luck when I made the switch to WordPress.org.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you install the Jetpack plugin http://jetpack.com and then follow these instructions? https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site

  If you did that and you have any issues please contact Jetpack support.

  Provided the Jetpack plugin has been installed on your self hosted site, Our Staff will do that for you. I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up.   Thank you for your prompt reply timethief. I did get in touch with them with regards to transferring all followers to my new website but no update for the past few days.

  Good to see that my stats will be able to be transferred as well. I look forward to getting more info/updates to my support in due course.

  I would like to say a huge thanks to the staff who have helped. My followers have now been transferred and apologies for my lack of patience.
