Transferring Followers from WP.Com to Self-Hosted Site

  May I ask to have my wordpress.com followers (approx 159) and email subscribers (approx 2) from my Think Rainbows (thinkrainbows.wordpress.com) blog to my new self-hosted Mind Hack Project blog (www.mindhack.ca), which has both the WP.org and jetpack plugins installed and activated?
