Transferring followers from wp.com to wp.org

  Hi and happy easter!

  I have just set up my blog at erfmission.com and would like help moving all my followers etc from erfmission.wordpress.com to my own hosted wordpress.org: erfmission.com

  Can you help me please? :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please also confirm that you have installed the subscription module of the latest version of the jetpack plugin on your self-hosted WordPress site.
