Transferring followers to new site

  I have recently changed to a self-hosted blog and would like to transfer my followers from my wordpress blog. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is possible if you have installed and activated Jetpack. Staff will be able to this, as long as you provide both urls to the sites.
