Transferring followers to self hosted blog.

  I recently moved my blog to a new host and was wondering if there is a way to transfer my followers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have installed jetpack staff can transfer followers if you provide the URL of the old blog and the URL of the new one.
