I’d be more than happy to transfer your subscribers, however in order to do so you need to have an installed and connected Jetpack plugin on your new self-hosted WordPress.org installation.
When I ran some tests on your rocketfuel.net.au site, it returned that there were some errors, specifically surrounding the XML-RPC file. If you could go here:

And pay specific attention to step 3 to make sure you have an XML-RPC file in place, I should be able to get your subscribers transferred over!

Hi there,
Our connector looks for the xmlrpc file in the same directory as the index file for your installation. So in the case of your site, it will always look for the file at http://www.rocketfuel.net.au/xmlrpc.php . Right now, our tests are still failing!

Can you please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?
1) Download the plugin from http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
4) Click the “Select All” button.
5) Send the results of the test back in a reply. -
