Transferring Followers to Self-hosted Blog

  I initially started a wordpress.com blog (http://adventuresofmoonchild.wordpress.com/) which was then transferred to a self-hosted account (http://adventuresofmoonchild.com/. I purchased the upgrade for site redirect from my wordpress.com account but I don’t think I get any traffic in my new blog and I don’t get to see if I have any followers. I have installed Jetpack plugin and activated as I’ve read is required to transfer followers to the new blog.

  Can anyone please help? Thank you!

  As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and posted the relevant URL(s), Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.
