Transferring followers/subscribers

I am starting a new thread so I don’t hijack someone else’s question.
I have moved to a self-hosted site. I’ve managed to import my content (or so it seems) and now I need to transfer my WordPress followers and subscribers. I believe I need someone from WordPress staff to do that for me. I don’t know how to contact them — I’ve tried through the support site but can’t seem to find a way, other than posting this need in this forum.
There are actually three blogs from which I’d like to forward subscribers and followers — I’m unsure if they have ever moved from one blog to the next here at WordPress.com.
If someone from WordPress can assist me, I would appreciate it. Many thanks!

What are the URLs?
Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post all the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

I’d like them to transfer both email subscribers and WordPress followers.

So, just so I am clear, you want to migrate the followers from all three of those blogs to your self hosted blog tclarson.com, correct?

Yes it is.
