Transferring followers/subscribers to wordpress.org

  Hi, we have a great blog following at cfca.wordpress.com (lots of followers/subscribers), but we recently migrated to a wordpress.org site. Is there any way we can transfer our wordpress.com followers/subscribers to our new wordpress.org site? Thanks!
