Transferring from .com to hosted elsewhere need reader and reblog?

  Hello, I have a blog that I used the reblog option on the wordpress.com reader a bunch. However, I transferred my blog to a hosting company and now the blogs I follow and the post that I reblog are not there or does not show up properly. How can this be fixed?

  The reblogging feature is only available to WordPress.com bloggers and only when they are logged into under their WordPress.com username accounts.

  On this forum we provide support only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate sites > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You need to click the link http://wordpress.org/support/ go to the top right hand corner of that page, register a WordPress.org username account, and then post to the WordPress.org support forums when you need support for your self hosted WordPress.org install.

  If you install the JetPack plugin on your WordPress.org install ie. subscription (“follow”) feature, Staff can move the followers from your WordPress.com blog for you. See here > http://jetpack.me/

  As far as moving the data re: the WordPress.com blogs you follow goes, I don’t have an answer for that and have flagged this thread for a Staff response.
