Transferring from one website (not blog or WordPress) to WordPress

  hi,
  A number of years ago I built a website with Apple Mac software (iWeb) but now this software is not used anymore. My question is – is there any way of transferring information from my old website to a new one which I want to build with wordpress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
