transferring from one WordPress blog to another WordPress blog

  I first began a profile with WordPress under Language Matters IV in 2010. However, I then began a blog under the name “www.hedgelearningservices.wordpress.com” (Hedge Learning Services/Hedge Scholars Blog). The blog started my conference admins in 2010 (as part of the Toni Morrison Society) is no longer being used. How do Iink my fulmerjk WordPress account to my new blog instead?
