transferring from one wordpress.com site to another

  Hi!
  I set up a new wordpress.com site (kwwritersalliance.com) under my personal account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and now I want to transfer it to this account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
  I own the domain kwwritersalliance.com and it’s with WordPress.

  How can I transfer the site to this account?
