Transferring from WordPress.com to Showit

    I am currently transferring my domain from WordPress.com (purchased though WordPress) to Showit.co

    Showit have asked me to contact WordPress to finish the migration (see below). However I can’t actually access anything on my backend of the website – I can’t see my domains/purchases nothing at all.

    Can you help with the below transfer?

    In order to officially launch your site you may need to contact your registrar and have them apply the following DNS records for your domain:
    A Records:
    @ or root domain pointing to -> 34.122.16.222
    www pointing to -> 34.122.16.222
    * (wildcard) pointing to -> 75.101.134.27

    What is the domain? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites or domain upgrades with us.

    Both DNS changes and initiating a domain transfer can only be done by the account that owns the domain, so you need to be logged into the correct account.
