Transferring from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

    Hello,

    So I’m hosting with Siteground and am trying to transfer my blog from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. The people at Siteground have told me that in order for them to transfer my domain they need me to get my FTP access credentials to my blog. However I read that wordpress doesn’t use FTP to transfer. Could someone please show me how to get my FTP access credentials. Thanks in advance!
