transferring from wp.org to wp.com

I have transferred my blog through the import/export files however I would like to know if it is possible to transfer the themes over? On wp.com i am currently using the flounder theme and on wp.org i have sugar and spice theme. I would like to use the sugar and spice them on wp.com.
Is there any way also to transfer the information to go public? I can only see the changes publicly on my blog that I make through wp.com.

On WordPress.com you have to choose from the themes available for WordPress.com only:
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different:

I’ve added Sugar and Spice to our suggestion list. I’d love to hear more about why you like that theme specifically. What makes it an awesome theme in your mind?

I like the options that are available for customization. I realize wp.com is very limited as to what we are able to personally change.

@dhaniiii, actually, you can get pretty fancy with what you can change design-wise if you’re a whiz with CSS. However, if you want to update code or make functional changes or add/remove dynamic content, then a WordPress.org setup is the right thing instead—which is also a great way to go! Its just a matter of each person picking what best fits their needs and skills.
