Transferring info from one blog to another

  How can I move info from one of my blogs to another one (of my blogs)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are refetring to a single post then II would not use the exporter. I would copy and paste. Otherwise, see here please

  There are various posts I wish to move from one blog to another. I had already looked for the export/import on the dashboard but couldn’t find it. I only have a blog not a website. Would the export/import still be available for blogs only?

  If you are referring to a WordPress.com blog like http://justwriteit1.wordpress.com/ the answer is yes, provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same user name that registered the blog, in both cases ie. when doing the export and when doing the import.

  You’re welcome. Sometimes the importer gets stuck so if the import does not complete in 24 hours return to this thread and type modlook into the sidebar tags of this thread for Staff attention. Then subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
