transferring mblog

  hello

  I am having issues exporting to wordpress.org. I need a shopping cart which is why i made the switch and all the coding i did for this site is not working on wordpress. Does it not use the same coding? If not where do i go for this type of assistance? I currently pay for the wordpress.com upgrade.
