  @kathyjaloussishotmailcom You’ve reached the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Have you created a site here yet? What is the domain in question? Can you give more details about what exactly you’re trying to do.
  PS: As a volunteer told you they were flagging this thread for staff and I can’t see a modlook tag in the sidebar I’ll add one now.

  What is your site URL? There is no site connected to your WordPress.com account. And yes, what are you trying to accomplish – I am not sure that you are in the correct forum for what you are trying to do. Sounds like you are referring to a WordPress.org site not hosted with us.
