allicrossaninteriors.com was registered on the 24th May. There is a 60 day lock before the domain can be moved elsewhere according to this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/

Hi allicrossaninteriors,

You recently cancelled the domain allicrossaninteriors.com, which is why you are unable to transfer it. I can restore the domain to your account — the domain costs haven’t been refunded yet so there will be no additional charge.

Once the 60 day lock has passed, you will be able to transfer the domain. In the meantime, the name servers can be changed to point to another site:
