  I need help transferring my domain to my new weebly site

  It looks like you are the free url for WordPress.com. Unfortunately, you cannot transfer free domains to another registrar. You can however, purchase a site redirect here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/

  Other than that, your option would be to put a note on your front page informing visitors that your site has moved. Be well.
