transferring my domain

  I believe my site is hosted by bluehost but my domain name might be hosted by hostgator. I want to sign up for the $4 monthly wordpress chat help but i can’t do it unless I transfer my domain name? Is this the only WordPress.com customer service?

  Once you upgrade your plan you should be able to access the live chat help through your dashboard (even before you transfer the domain).

  It looks like your domain name was bought and hosted by HostGator and is now pointing to Bluehost. You will need to get into your account at HostGator to complete the transfer. The domain name has to be unlocked and you will need an authorization code.
