Transferring my domain

  Hi there I have the domain name http://www.kenkoandsozo.com which I previously registered with SquareSpace. This website is now expired, so I am unable to transfer the domain. Is there anything you can do to help me as I cannot access the authorization code required by WordPress to continue creating my KenkoandSozo account with you. Many thanks, Rose.

  Hi Rose,

  I understand that your Squarespace website has expired, However, do you still have access to your SquareSpace control panel at https://login.squarespace.com? Once you have accessed the panel you can start the transfer. Information on how to do this can be found here.

  If you are unable to access your panel, you will need to contact Squarespace directly through the contact page on their website and ask them how you can regain access. It appears that there is an option there as well to recover your account this page as well.
