Transferring my Domain

I am trying to add my Domain onto wordpress.org from it originally being on shopify, on shopify it says the domain flairedusa.com is ready to transfer, but its not letting me log into my WordPress account through HostGator. When I go to press login it just brings me to my original shopify website

I’m afraid that we can’t help here since your site is hosted on Hostgator, not on WordPress.com.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
