Transferring my domain

    Can you tell me why my domain is not transferable?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi! Just to check, are you referring to the domain takingthebackroadshome.com? It looks like it’d be possible to transfer in! At the moment it seems to be at the stage of waiting for your current provider (Shopify) to release the domain, which they’ll likely do after a few more days – it’s essentially a waiting period where you have a chance to cancel the transfer before it completes.

    We usually advise waiting 5-7 days for a transfer to complete, after you’ve submitted the authorization code to start the transfer. Basically, it looks like you’re at stage 4 of our domain transfer guide:
