Transferring my domain ianinchina.com

  I paid for the domain transfer and got the authorization code from the previous owner, shopify, and shopify no longer has the domain listed in my domains. The status says pending, I paid for the domain transfer and it was almost a week ago. It says they are waiting for authorization from the previous owner, but I already got the authorization code and it currently says ‘pending’ in my domains list. Do I just keep waiting or how can I get any other updates?
