Transferring my domain name

  Hi I have tried to transfer my domain (which I’ve have) to other home page builder company and they said because its a subdomain they can not connect it.
  So before I start to build my home page with you guys, I would like to make sure that I can make a home page using my http://www.sunandpalm.com.au domain name.
