transferring my domain name from 1&1 to wordpress

  I would like to transfer my domain name from the upon provider to wordpress to use as m my blog
  i have set arissabeauty.co.uk as my primary domain and followed the procedure to set the dns in 1&1 but when i clicked on save nothing happened so i don;t know if the settings were accepted.
  in wordpress it says dns needs to be updated in red??

  i’m new at domain names / transfers so please could you help me.

  Hi!

  WordPress.com is unable to accept incoming domain name transfers. What you would need to do is purchase domain mapping and change name-servers at 1&1 to point to your WordPress.com site. I’ve included a guide to help.
