Transferring my domain name to bluehost
-
I recently bought a domain name through WordPress and then decided to switch over to a self hosted blog. I now have a new host- bluehost and everything is set up but I can’t seem to transfer my domain name to bluehost in order to log into wordpress through the,m to start editing my blog.
When I try and transfer my domain name this message pops up;
The domain ashonthird.com was recently registered [Registrar Wild West Domains, Inc.] 8 days ago.
You must wait another 53 days before you will be able to transfer the domain.I don’t want to wait 2 months to continue with my blog. They also say my domain name is locked but I can’t seem to unlock it? It is quite frustrating because it is suppose to work, but I can’t seem to access/ create an account on Wild West Domains to unlock my domain name (that I already paid for on WordPress) .
How can I unlock my domain name and transfer it to bluehost?Please help guys, thank you xx

The organization that controls domain names, ICANN, requires a 60-day wait before transferring a domain to another registrar. After 60 days have passed, follow the steps in this guide to transfer your domain: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain-registration/
In the meantime, you can still use your domain with Bluehost by changing the domain’s name servers. Here’s how to do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
