Transferring my files to my new hosting

  I am needing to transfer the website files to a new hosting service.. I switched to Bluehost yesterday and they are telling me that I need to figure out how to get all of my website files and database so that then we can switch it over to the new site. Can you help me?

  We bloggers do not have access to the database for WordPress.COM blogs. Please see here for creating an xml export of your content which you can then import into your WordPress.ORG install. https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  If you have any issue with doing that use the live chat feature on the bottom right hand corner of your WordPress.COM Admin page to contact Staff.
