transferring my followers

  Hi, I am trying to transfer my followers and stats from my wordpress.com blog to my new self-hosted blog. The complication is that a new wordpress user ID was created to link jetpack from my wordpress.com blog to my self-hosted blog. My wordpress.com blog is dragonflyhome.wordpress.com. My self-hosted site is http://www.dragonflyhomerecipes.com. My wordpress user ID is dragonflyhomerecipes for both the wordpress.com site and the self-hosted site. My old wordpress.com user ID was is dragonflyhome, but Jetpack is not connected through that user ID. In order to be consistent with my new blog name, I wanted my user names to be dragonflyhomerecipes for both the wordpress.com account and the self-hosted wordpress log-in. Is there a way someone can transfer my wordpress and email followers from dragonflyhome.wordpress.com to http://www.dragonflyhomerecipes.com? Again, Jetpack is activated through the new user ID, dragonflyhomerecipes. Thank you very much!

  Sorry, there is a mistake–the blog I need help with is not flywheelsites.com, but dragonflyhomerecipes.com.

  Your email subscribers can be moved from your .wordpress.com blog to your WordPress.org install by you. Follow this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site

  I tried the subscription migration tool, but it didn’t work for me. My brother, who is also an admin. on my blog and who is helping me with my migration, created another wordpress.com ID to be the same name as my new self-hosted blog. That is the wordpress ID that Jetpack is connected to. I have two wordpress.com log-in IDs, and I think that is the reason for the confusion. I really need some help, but cannot seem to connect with a wordpress support person. Thank you for your help.
