Hi Shan,
You can migrate your site to our managed hosting here on WordPress.com, yes, and you can even continue using plugins if you want to.
To start, create a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/
The next step will depend on what you want the end result to be:
1: if you want to continue using your shanmcreative.com.au domain, you’ll need to upgrade to either our Starter plan or Pro plan. That will let you use our domain connection upgrade to connect the domain (the domain registration itself will need to stay with your current provider, as we’re not an accredited registrar for .au domains).
https://wordpress.com/en/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
I mention this first, but the actual step of switching your domain over to us will come at the very end, once you’re ready to take the current site offline.
2: if you don’t want to use plugins anymore, and only want to migrate your content to us, you can do that through a normal WordPress export/import.
Log into WP-Admin on your current site, go to Tools ->Export, and generate an export file of your content. Then import that at Tools ->Import on the new WordPress.com site:
https://wordpress.com/en/support/import/import-a-sites-content/
3: If you still want to use plugins, you’ll need the Pro plan, but that will also allow you to migrate your entire site, as-is, from your current host to us. This works via the Jetpack plugin, which you’re already using, so just create a new WordPress.com site, go to Tools ->Import, and start the process there:
https://wordpress.com/en/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/
Let us know if you have any other questions about this.
