Transferring my site to a new Host

    I have a Site, klangslattery.com that is without a host. The host I have had since 2014 has disappeared. For two years I have been trying to get response from her. The host was Heather Compton, https://eminentgraphicdesign.com/
    No communication from her since 2021.
    I have found a new hosting service to host this site, but I do not have the needed cpanel login or some sort of web link and password. All I have is password to het to my site and your webpage.

    Help! I need to transfer this site to new hosting:
    Millenium Systems, http://www.millsys.com

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can freely obtain the software to use with your chosen hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you’re currently contacting.

    Since your site isn’t hosted with us, our ability to assist is limited because we lack access to websites not hosted on our platform. Nevertheless, I’ll do my best to help.

    Unfortunately, without a complete backup (including the database) and given the unavailability of your site, there’s little anyone can do here. All necessary data would reside with your original hosting provider, who would need to provide a backup or access to retrieve the site files and database.

    You may need legal counsel to assist in recovering your website files.

    I understand this might not be what you hoped to hear, but I hope it clarifies the situation.
