transferring my subscribers to new website.

  Hi!

  I would like to transfer my subscribers from heyelsale.wordpress.com (wordpress.com) to elsale.co (wordpress.org) .

  I’ve tried with Jetpack, but since the 2 websites aren’t on the same wordpress.com account it doesn’t work.

  Why don’t you try disconnecting your site from WordPress.com and authenticate it again with the desired WordPress.com account?

  I’ve tried that, but now I keep getting this message: Only blog owners can migrate subscribers.

  I’m happy to transfer the users who have subscribed to your blog either by email or via the WordPress.com Reader.

  Hi heyelsale,

  Your WordPress.com subscribers have been moved over. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
