Transferring my website from Bluehost to WordPress.com

I would like to move my existing wordpress website/blog from Bluehost hosting services to a free wordpress.com account without losing all my previous work in design and posts. The reason is that I can’t continue paying for the hosting service. I do own an active domain name. What steps should I follow?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

A process for moving from a self-hosted WordPress .ORG to WordPress .COM, which is what you are trying to do with your WordPress site hosted at Bluehost, is described here:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/view-all/

    Export
In your old self-hosted WordPress.org site, go to Tools → Export and download the XML (WXR) file to your computer.

    Import
In your new WordPress.com site, go to Tools → Import and select WordPress from the list that appears.

Then upload the file you downloaded. After you upload the file, you can choose the option to Download & import file attachments if you want to move your media files.

This method will allow you to retain your blogs posts, however you’ll need to adjust your design to work with a theme available at WordPress.com. It appears that your current site is using a theme called Sydney by athemes, which I do not see as an available theme for WordPress.com

You can choose from hundreds of beautiful themes, both Premium and Free, as shown here:
