Transferring my website to WP

  Hello every one
  Before i do this, i would like to know the sequences, i built my website on WP platform through Go-daddy, and i’m thinking of transferring it to WP.
  Is transferring will effect the site appearance or ranking on Google?
  Transferring the domain and whole website from Word Press on Go-daddy to Word Press, How it work?
  How long it will take?

  To maintain the appearance, you’ll want to use the exact same theme and settings. To be able to do that, and especially if you used plugins on your site, you may want to consider upgrading to plan Business.
