Transferring my wordpress blogs/account/seo to a new squarespace website

  Hi, I’m just now to the point that I’m able to build my blog on my new squarespace account and I’d like to transfer all the material built onto this account over to my new one in order to retain built seo. I’m pretty much completely unsure of how to do this and need help. Thank you!
