Transferring my wordpress.com site to wordpress.org

  I just purchased a domain and installed wordpress on Bluehost. I want to move my existing wordpress.com site over, along with redirects and my followers. I thought I had an email from you guys, but now I can’t find it. Does anyone know the link that shows me how to do this? Thanks for your help!
