Transferring Nominated Users for Billing Purposes

  Good afternoon,
  I have a website on WordPress (www.barwellspeakersclub.com), which is being managed by someone other than myself (Allan Rimmer) and he is getting the payment requests. Could I ask that the nominated person be changed from him to me? How can this be done?

  Hi Thomas, sure thing. You’ll need to ask Allan to do it since he is the upgrade owner.

  If he agrees, here’s how he can transfer ownership:

  And he’ll need to transfer the domain as well:
  https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
