transferring old domain.com address to show up on the wordpress.com website

  i set up a blog with weebly.com a few months ago and then decided to move on to a better platform @wordpress.com… can someone explain hot to completely transfer my old domain which is http://www.livingandlearningwithluisa.com to the new livingandlearningwithluisa.wordpress.com? i have already pointed my old address to the new wordpress.com address, but what i don’t want is the address in the bar to show the wordpress.com address.. i just want my old domain address http://www.livingandlearningwithluisa.com to show up there.. any help would be greatly appreciated.
