Transferring own domain

    Hello,

    I am trying to transfer my domain from my previous domain provider (MadDog Domains) to WordPress. I’ve got the domain unlocked and received the authorization code. However, when I tried to transfer, i get the error message saying ‘You must be logged in to verify an auth code.’

    How can I proceed?

    Can you let us know what page you’re seeing that on? Is that an error here or with the domain provider?

    Also, if it’s an error here, did you already purchase the upgrade that makes the transfer possible? If not, I’d recommend doing that, then you can reach out directly to support for faster troubleshooting.
