  My ex employee is trying to make my email the main one on the account. I got an email from her saying she has tried to transfer it to my email… so I clicked the link provided, but it made me sign up and now I have no idea how to get it (ownership) signed over to me…

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you want to transfer ownership of?

  Or is the other person trying to give you control over their entire WordPress.com username account, in which case, what is the username of that account?

  If it’s the latter, you would have needed to be already logged into that account when you clicked the verification link for an email change, otherwise it won’t work.
