Transferring ownership of a blog

Hi – just need clarification please before I do the not-un-doable!
I created a blog for a client, and now want to transfer ownership to him – he is also on the blog currently as an administrator. I am reading the support page about Moving a Blog / Transferring to another WP User and there’s this one bit…
A blog with domain upgrades will be processed manually by a member of WordPress.com support. All other upgrades will be transferred with the blog, and will be owned by the user you’ve transferred the blog to.
When you say a blog with domain upgrades will be processed manually… so, what will happen, and how long will it take?
Also, when you say all OTHER upgrades will be transferred, it makes it sound as if the domain upgrade won’t be. The domain (one that my client owned already and we paid the upgrade to move off xxx.wordpress.com onto that domain) will be transferred and stay with the blog – yes? Please?
Finally, will I remain as an administrator or will I be taken off the account alltogether when this is transferred? If I am removed, will he be allowed to invite me back in as an administrator?

Essentially, we want to have an email double check with the blog/upgrade owner to make sure that the whole thing is on the up and up and nobody is trying to steal anything.

All upgrades are transferred, including domains.

You should stay as an administrator. But in any case, you can surely be invited back as one if you are ‘kicked off the island’ by some chance.

Just did it – looks as if I no longer have any relationship to that blog, it is gone from my global “my blogs” page… but hopefully client can invite me back in if necessary. thanks.
