Transferring Ownership of a Blog on wordpress.com

  I created a blog using an email address and user name I use currently for my company blog. I added my personal email address and user name to the blog and set the privileges for my personal email address to Admin. Now, how do I transfer ownership of the blog over to my personal email address and delete my work account from the blog?
