transferring ownership to another user

I tried to transfer my blog’s ownership over a few times and it tells me that due to the upgrade, i have to wait for response. Is there any easier way to do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If so, where in the process are you getting the notice about having to wait? Could you copy and paste the error message you are getting here?

Yes, that is the process I’m following. I agree to the warning and it goes through, but I get this response:
“As you have a domain upgrade your request has been sent to support who will contact you shortly.”
I have not been contacted by support at all yet.

I see, thanks for clarifying. I’ll tag this thread for staff assistance so that they are double sure to see the request and get back to you as soon as they can. It’s the weekend, so there are fewer people working support–which means everything takes a little longer. My sense is you’d have heard back from staff in a day or two even without this thread, but it doesn’t hurt to make sure :)

Yes, the ownership had been transferred, thank you!
I was told that the new owner had to enter her contact info otherwise I’d still be responsible for the domain upgrade I purchased…and she has tried to enter but is saying there is not an option to get into the boxes and type.
Is there any way you can help her change this info?
