transferring posts

  I have two domains through wordpress, barnraiserbuild.com & sittingfireside.wordpress.com . I am wondering if there is a way to transfer old posts from one into my newer blog without simply copying and pasting the text. I guess I am more concerned with keeping the ‘post date’ accurate

  Yep! You can export from one site, and import into the other. :)

  Hey there! If you are logged into the WordPress.com dashboard and scroll all the way down and click Settings on the left, it will bring up a page with several tabbed options. There is both an Import and Export function that might help you with what you are trying to do. I’m not certain if the post dates would stay intact, but I imagine it should work that way when you import the date to your new site!
