Transferring Premium theme to new Blog

Is there any way I can transfer a premium theme to my new blog?
I have a new log in and everything.
Would really LOVE to have it for this blog.Thanks

No there is not. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload third party themes. The only themes coded to run on this software that we can use are found here > Appearance > Themes
A Premium theme purchase from WordPress.com is a one time purchase for a single blog for that lifetime of that single blog only while it is hosted by WordPress.com and it cannot be transferred to any other blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/
