transferring professional email subscription

  Hi everyone,

  i ended up moving my website away from wordpress but still have my email with Titan. i had a three year subscription which I’ve only realised now has ended a few days ago, and I don’t want to renew with wordpress but i want to keep my titan email.

  titan says i must contact wordpress support to get the billing transferred directly to titan so i can keep my professional email, however wordpress says support is not available to anyone who is not on a paid plan (because my plan expired a few days ago) is there any way for me to get this transferred so the professional email billing is with titan without having to pay for another years subscription with wordpress just to get the support?
