Transferring purchased theme

  Second Request for help.

  I signed up for Bold News and paid $49.00 or so for it for http://www.partnervillage.wordpress.com
  Since then, I’ve signed up with a different host site to host http://www.partnervillage.com
  I want to use the Bold News theme that I purchased, however.
  Do I ask Visa for a refund, or is there a way to transfer it?

  There is not a way to transfer a premium theme purchased through WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress.org site like the new one you have setup. What you can do is cancel the theme purchase here and purchase it again directly through the theme company that created it, which is http://woothemes.com/ in this case. I’ve gone ahead and removed the Bold News premium theme from the http://partnervillage.wordpress.com/ blog and refunded $45 for you.
